Busy Day as Several Teams Make Roster Moves

In a very busy day on the transaction wire, the Louisville Kings kicked off with the signings of goaltender, Justin Peters, a free agent who last played with Long Beach last season and forward, Tim Sestito.  The club had to release goalie, Michal Neuvirth and forward, Liam Reddox.

The Virginia Beach Bullsharks won the Chris Chelios sweepstakes, signing the aged defenseman and immediately naming him team captain.  Bullsharks GM Jesse Feltner announced, also, the club had released uncommitted blueliner, Yannick Weber, to make room for Chelios.

The Saskatoon Czars placed forward, Vladimir Sobotka and defenseman, Alexander Sulzer, on NHL Status and filled the empty roster spots by signing defenseman, Brendan Bell, a free agent who played for the Rochester Patriots last season and forward, Brett  MacLean.

Flagstaff rounded out the day with forward, Chris Durno, signing with the 66ers.
