MLH Officially Lifts Roster Signing Cap

After a vote by the owners, the Major League Hockey Commissioner announced the cap placed on player signings; two within a 24-hour period; had been offically lifted by the League.  The announcement comes after much debate over the fairness of the rule and its purpose to improve competition.  Each team is now permitted to wheel-and-deal at its respective discretion.  The rule had originally been put in place immediately following the MLH Draft in September.
