Longshoremen Continue Rollercoaster Season, Win Against ‘Throats

No one ever knows which Long Beach team will show up from one night to the next, alternating wins and losses all season.  Well, fortunately for them the right team showed up at the right time as the Longshoremen secured a 21-16 victory over the Colorado Cutthroats.  Jamie Lundmark, again, led the Longshoremen in scoring with 4 points, but it was goaltender Corey Schneider and his counterpart, Jonathan Bernier, that were the real stories.  Bernier had 40 saves in the losing effort and Jiri Tlusty powered the Cutthroats offense with 6 points.
